Public Art at the FW Winters House

Winters House, with artwork by Ellen Williams

Come and visit the historic F.W. Winters House and support the participating artists in the Public Art Program. With its elegant architecture and beautiful grounds, the Winters House serves as an ideal place for social gatherings. From June through October there are approximately 700 visitors and rental users. During this time, through a partnership with the City of Bellevue and Eastside Heritage Center, Public Art participating artists exhibit artwork depicting scenes of nature in the Puget Sound. Stop by the visitor center to pick up a trail map of the nature park, take in the interpretive displays, and see the current month's artist.

Eastside Heritage Center volunteers are there to welcome you and share exhibit information, as each artist is rotated monthly. Then, walk the Heritage Loop Trail to experience this remarkable 320-acre park on a system of interconnected boardwalks, bridges, soft-surface trails, and asphalt paths.

The Winters House is located at 2102 Bellevue Way SE, and is open throughout the year on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 10a-2p.
