EAFA Ad Rates & Policies

Format:
Copy should be submitted in Word doc, .pdf, or .pub file formats to Debra Linker. Photographs should be 300 dpi, maximum. Editor may resample file size for online version, and may make the image grayscale for the newsletter.

Deadline:
Ads are due to the Editor by the 4th Thursday of the month via email to debra@debralinker.com.

Payment:
Contact Sheila Dufford, Treasurer, at s.dufford@comcast.net or 425-643-7530 for check or credit card payment.

Conditions:
All ads must be art related. Inclusion is on a “space available” basis and at the discretion of the EAFA board and its designates.

1 column inch $10.00 + tax 2.25 column inch
1/4 page $70.00 + tax 3 columns wide x 2.5 inches; 2 columns wide x 3.75 inches; 1 column wide x 7.5 inches
1/2 page $130.00 + tax 3 columns wide x 4.75 inches; 2 columns wide x 7.25 inches; 1.5 columns wide x 9.75 inches
1 page insert $150.00 + tax 450 copies provided by advertiser (must contain EAFA endorsement on the page in order to be compliant with bulk mail rules).

EAFA’s 35th Poster
Competition at May Meeting

EAFA has agreed to host the 35th Annual Open Juried Exhibition at Meydenbauer Center, Bellevue, WA, mid-October through mid-November.

Did you know that 35 is a pivotal year for EAFA? Because of the show dates, we will be holding a poster competition at the May 20 meeting at the same time as the monthly competition. Yes, there’s a poster contest two months in a row.

Poster competition guidelines: A proportion of 3 to 4 is preferred, strong values, must be original, and must be painterly, obviously not a photography. No nudity. Note: The Show Committee selects the artwork for the poster & has the right to crop the image, if necessary, for publicity purposes.
