EAFA Ad Rates & Policies

Format:
Copy should be submitted in Word doc, .pdf, or .pub file formats to Debra Linker. Photographs should be 300 dpi, maximum. Editor may resample file size for online version, and may make the image grayscale for the newsletter.

Deadline:
Ads are due to the Editor by the 4th Thursday of the month via email to debra@debralinker.com.

Payment:
Contact Sheila Dufford, Treasurer, at s.dufford@comcast.net or 425-643-7530 for check or credit card payment.

Conditions:
All ads must be art related. Inclusion is on a “space available” basis and at the discretion of the EAFA board and its designates.

1/4 page $70.00 + tax 3 columns wide x 2.5 inches; 2 columns wide x 3.75 inches; 1 column wide x 7.5 inches
1/2 page $130.00 + tax 3 columns wide x 4.75 inches; 2 columns wide x 7.25 inches; 1.5 columns wide x 9.75 inches
1 page insert $150.00 + tax 450 copies provided by advertiser (must contain EAFA endorsement on the page in order to be compliant with bulk mail rules).

"Be Connected"
EAFA Art Walk

The Public Art Program will have a first ever EAFA Bellevue "Be Connected" Art Walk on Tuesday, April 13th from 4:30-6:30 p.m. The four venues hosting the event are The Gardens at Town Square retirement community, the Bellevue Regional Library, the Rosalie Whyel Museum of Doll Art, and The Bellettini retirement community. There will be signs, balloons and maps to guide the way. The Gardens and The Bellettini will host appetizers, wine and music. 80 paintings from 40 Public Art participants will be on display. Look for an evite next month. "Be connected" and support our artists and venues!
